Relationship therapy

People seek out relationship therapy for a number of reasons. I work with couples, families, and other relational systems to better understand their dynamics and patterns, strengthen communication, and rebuild trust and connection. My goal is to help each person feel heard and maintain their sense of self while guiding the relationship(s) toward greater empathy, accountability, and emotional safety. Relationships are fundamental to well-being. Thus, I believe that humans are capable of healing relational wounds—even when they feel most defeated and disheartened. Through sharing the therapeutic space, clients can deepen connection, navigate conflict more effectively, and build relationships that are more intentional, healthy, committed, and aligned with their collective values.
